Student of the Month

Elementary

I am proud to announce that Patrick Goncalves Ribeiro is the elementary student of the month! Patrick is a dedicated student who demonstrates Northport’s ‘Portrait of a Graduate’ values. He has many academic strengths and perseveres through any challenge given. Patrick has a positive attitude, works well with others, and has a mature level of self-motivation when it comes to completing assignments and staying organized. He asks questions and makes comments that contribute to classroom discussions and improve his understanding, and then utilizes the feedback given. Patrick consistently demonstrates responsibility, respect, and integrity in everything he does, serving as a positive role model for his peers. Thank you for all your hard work, Patrick. Congratulations on being the Student of the Month! 

Secondary

Pia has been selected as our Student of the Month for her outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to learning. She consistently completes her assignments, actively participates in class, and advocates for herself when she needs support or clarification. Pia approaches her learning with determination and responsibility, setting a strong example for her peers.Pia has also made an impressive transition from Germany to Northport as an exchange student. She has adjusted smoothly to a new school, community, and culture while remaining kind, respectful, and engaged with those around her. Outside of the classroom, Pia represents Northport with pride as a member of our co-op basketball teams. Her dedication both academically and athletically highlights her well-rounded character and positive influence within our school community.
